I think crying is so beautiful. I love witnessing a person in tears. To me, it’s a way of calibrating to a new version of ourselves. A version more aligned to our highest essence.

Tears are like a release valve when there is too much pressure held inside. When so much energy is moving through us that it doesn’t know where to go.
