Shipping details
Art prints are shipped in a cellophane bag with cardboard backing to prevent bending and water damage during shipping. Then placed in a rigid mailer.

Stickers are shipped in a regular lettermail envelope without tracking.

All orders are currently shipped from my studio in BC, Canada and, unless they are unusually oversized, will be processed by Canada Post. Orders are shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed online typically arrive within 7-14 business days from the date when the order is confirmed. You order may take longer if held at customs. Please email me, and I’ll follow up. Please note that orders to Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and parts of Africa can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to arrive.

Incase a package is returned back due to an incorrect mailing address, the customer pays additional shipping fee.

Duties & Taxes

All shipments destined outside of Canada are entitled to import taxes and duty fees. International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. ELISA MYSTICA has no control over this and can not be held as responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. In accordance with Canada export regulations, ELISA MYSTICA is required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties or refuses the delivery for any other reason, the item(s) will be returned to back to artist and the order will be refunded only once the item is returned back, excluding return shipping fee, original shipping fee, and a USD$100 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from the amount of the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
I unfortunately don't accept returns

Because of the one of a kind nature of my products, and the divine essence of my art, unless your items arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns or exchanges. ​I trust that if you made a purchase, it is because my work truly resonates with your soul. Please make sure you check the garment sizes, titles, descriptions, and dimensions of artworks, inspect your cart, and ask me any questions you may have before committing to a purchase.

Conditions of return
​
If an exceptional situation arises and a return must be done, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
