How do I order from Elisa Mystica?

Accepted Answer

To place an order, add an item to your cart and proceed to check out. Once your order has processed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail with tracking information if tracking applies.
 
Please note, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order details or delivery address. Please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing. If you need assistance with your order please e-mail  at elisamystica@gmail.com

Do you take custom orders?

Can I personnalize my order?

Accepted Answer

When personalization is possible for an item, you will see a box for that at the time of purchase. This is available mostly on bundle options or mystery packs as a theme option. If there is apparel currently in the store, there is always size option, and sometimes a choice of colour.

Can I get my order wrapped for a gift or have special packaging?

Accepted Answer

No because my packaging is already super cute and fun! I never include the order slip, so no worries for your loved one to see the price of your purchase.

Where can your work be seen in person?

My studio is located at Folklore studio collective on Salt Spring Island, BC, where you can purchase prints and stickers, see most of my original paintings available, as well as my current work in progress.

No. All products on www.elisamystica.com are sold on a first come first served basis.
Your item is not reserved once you add to cart.

You are welcomed to share my art on your website or social medias platform with a clear and visible link to my account or website (@elisamystica). 
 
*DO NOT modify, add a filter, animate, adapt, collage, or alter my art in any way.
 
For any other use that would generate profit (event, album or book cover, business card, workshop, merchandise, etc), you must contact me first to discuss liscensing.
